Can you hold a place before I apply?

Unfortunately, no. All of our properties require that an application be submitted, approved and a lease signed with security deposit submitted in order for us to hold it.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

Security deposit is collected first and then your first month's rent due at the time of move in.
How old do you have to be to apply?

Minimum age of 18 years old.
Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, minus any necessary deductions.
Who needs a cosigner?

Anyone who does not meet the minimum application requirements.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

You may apply directly through our website.
How do I pay rent?

Directly through our website in your online portal.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
