Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
You are required to comply with Fair Housing Laws. If the applicant has a section 8 voucher and meets all of the application requirements, they will be approved to rent the property. -
Are you licensed?
Yes I maintain an active Maryland Real Estate license. -
Can I reach you after hours?
In the event of an emergency, I am available after hours. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
All funds will be sent by way of ach transfer to your designated bank account on the 11th of each month. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes you will have the opportunity to see and sign the lease once signed by the tenant. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes I am licensed to sell real estate in the state of MD. -
How and when do I get my checks?
All funds will be sent by way of ach transfer to your designated bank account on the 11th of each month. -
How is rent collection handled?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. The tenant has until the 5th of each month to submit payment before incurring a late fee. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Minimum lease term is twelve months unless otherwise agreed upon. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can start managing the property as soon as you are ready for us to manage it. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Residential properties only. These range from condos, townhouses, single family homes, multi family homes. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will receive monthly statements on the 11th of each month. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We will hold the security deposit during the duration of the lease agreement.
