Meet the Team
Channel McGowan brings over 20 years of residential, commercial and community management experience. As a licensed realtor, she experienced the highs and lows of the real estate market while continuing to make sure that her clients were taken care of. Hailing from the Eastern Shore of MD, Kent Island, the seafood capital of Maryland. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry, she was determined to carry on their legacy. Channel holds an Associates Degree of the Arts in Hospitality & Tourism along with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication. Her love for property management is the building of relationships! Before starting her own company, Channel spent several years working in the property management industry. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and children.

Sofia started working in the property management field 3 years ago and since then, she has loved every bit of knowledge gained and every skill acquired! She wants to continue enhancing her knowledge, skills and perfect her software abilities. She considers herself an honest, energetic,organized and empathic person in carrying out her day to day tasks. Sofia has a bachelor's degree in fashion design and one of her hobbies is practicing mixed martial arts to keep her energized and healthy.
